Why we're based here
Our shop is on Pioneer Way in Oro Valley — five minutes from Rancho Vistoso, fifteen from Dove Mountain, twenty from Catalina. Most national chains operate out of a central Tucson dispatch hub and treat Tucson as an outer service zone. We treat it as our front yard.
That matters more than it sounds. The doors in Tucson aren't the same as the doors in central Tucson. The HOAs are different. The home ages are different. The custom-build percentage in Dove Mountain and Catalina Foothills is much higher than the city overall. Knowing the inventory and the people speeds every job.
